Social Enterprise World Forum 2017

The Social Enterprise World Forum is the annual international event for social enterprises from all over the world to come together, share wisdom, build networks and discuss how to create a more sustainable future. The event attracts social enterprise practitioners, social entrepreneurs, policy makers, community leaders, investors, activists, academics and more from across the globe. We want to invite you to join in on the conversation. You can learn more about the forum at http://sewf2017.org/

We’re excited to announce that SEWF 2017 are running a special stream for organisations that provide training, capability development, and incubation for social enterprises. In this stream, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss common challenges that intermediaries experience. You’ll get the chance to discuss topics like:

  • Business models for intermediaries
  • Impact investment readiness programmes
  • Learning from accelerators and incubators
  • Developing the ecosystem – funders, legislators, investors, etc
  • Tools and methods for coaching
  • Talent attraction, retention and development

The sessions will be facilitated, knowledge sharing opportunities where you can talk about what has worked for you and learn about what other people have found successful.

In addition to the facilitated sessions you will have access to:

  • Meet your fellow intermediaries at the Intermediary Dinner (at own cost)
  • Take part to the Fail Fest and celebrate your stories of failures
  • Come to the Pitch Olympics and learn best practices
  • Attend the sessions of the core programme
  • Enjoy the activities of the Open Stream & Transitional City Stream

If you want to be part of the conversation register for SEWF 2017 (http://sewf2017.org/register) then confirm your interest (https://akina.typeform.com/to/HywAwo) in the intermediary stream. The intermediary stream is free to attend as part of your SEWF registration.
