We gather organisations supporting social entrepreneurs around the world to improve the reach, quality and sustainability of their work.
Around the world support for start-up social entrepreneurs is emerging, and support organisations are eager to learn from each other.
GSEN brings organisations together to share what works in supporting social entrepreneurs. As a result, our members can provide higher quality support to social entrepreneurs – empowering even more of them to create lasting change in our world.
Our European Learning for Youth in Social Entrepreneurship (ELYSE) project is harnessing the knowledge of social entrepreneurship experts across Europe, creating a toolkit that defines the best ways to support young social entrepreneurs. This collaboration across 5 countries, with UnLtd (UK), Social Enterprise Agency (Portugal), Project Ahead (Italy), Youth Business Poland, and CEDRA (Croatia). This work is generously supported by the EU and Erasmus+.
Design Circle for Talent Development
GSEN is collaborating with members and other partners on a design circle diving into the talent issue within the sector, addressing questions such as: the main challenges to attract, retain and develop talent and how different organisation deal with the topic of talent. Through interviews and an online survey we are looking at the topic from different angles to finally sum the results and explore solutions.
